Ed keeps the stress low and satisfaction high. Ed listened to my tire and motor concerns. Ed responded by offering new tires, engine pressure testing and a 30 day warranty. In addition, his price was very competitive. The service staff provided on the spot assistance when some of my trailering equipment was a mismatch. Very very satisfied. Hughes offers THE best customer service ever. Just before our daughter and family arrived from Wisconsin our engine started acting up and we could not use our boat at all. It was a holiday week (4th of July) yet Hughes, even with their already full schedule, came out and got our boat up and running. I cannot thank them enough.
